memorable dish: goat cheese ice cream... savory & heavenly light.
unforgettable moment: fiery orange flame followed by gray smoke...a young female customer's hair caught on fire by the oil candle on one of the prep tables opposite the bathroom. Inaki looked at her, then continued to cook.
